Do you have the best chili in town? Prove it at this year’s Bo’s Roast & Chili Cook-Off! Whether you’re a seasoned chef, a passionate home cook, a restaurant crew, or a firehouse squad, this is your chance to throw down and serve up something unforgettable.
🔥 How to Enter
Each chili entry comes with 2 VIP tickets to enjoy the event.
You’ll be provided with:
One 6-foot table with a black tablecloth
2-oz. serving cups and spoons (while supplies last)
Voting jar for People’s ChoiceÂ
Best Dressed will be Voted on by our Secret Judges.
NOTE: No electricity is available—bring your own heating source.

You may enter one or more of the following judged categories (each entry must be a different chili):
Best Individual
Best Restaurant
Best Firehouse(fire stations only)
Best SeafoodÂ
Best Vegan
It’s Hot Chili(spiciest entry)
🏅 People’s Choice will be voted on by the crowd. $1 = 1 vote, so decorate your booth and bring your A-game!
🍲 Chili Requirements
Prepare at least 3 gallons of chili.
You must stay at your booth between 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM to serve and engage with guests.
Coolers are allowed for contestants but not for ticket holders.
🧠Event Day Logistics
Arrival & Setup
Use the dirt road in front of the field for drop-off.
Vehicles cannot drive or park on the grass.
Bring a wagon or wheelbarrow to haul supplies.
After unloading, park in designated public lots.
Set up your booth and select your table (first come, first served).
Be fully set up by 11:00 AM.
Judging & Awards
Chili judging begins at 1:00 PM.
Awards for judged categories announced at 3:30 PM.
People’s Choice & Best Dressed Booth winners announced at 4:30 PM.
Breakdown
No breakdowns before 5:15 PM.
After the event, Head over to Martins BBQ, enjoy the after-party, the wristband deals, and cheer on the winners! (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
