Over $49,697.00 raised for the 14th Annual Bo’s Roast & Chili Cook-Off supporting local Cancer Support!
Despite the unexpected reschedule, the community showed up in a big way—and we are proud to announce that together, we brought in $49,697.00 of which will work to benefit cancer support organizations right here in the Lowcountry. 💛
We know our rescheduled date may have affected turnout for some, and it’s true—our attendance was lower than in years past. But what never dipped was the heart, energy, and support that make Bo’s Roast the cherished community event it has become. We’ve already started planning for 2026 with renewed energy and important lessons in hand.
We invited feedback—and you delivered! Thank you to everyone who completed our event survey. Your suggestions, praise, and honest insights help us shape the future of Bo’s Roast.
We’re actively reviewing your ideas and plan to implement as many of your requests as possible—from improved announcements to enhanced chili voting, simplified ticketing, and more. This event belongs to our community, and we want to make sure it continues to grow with YOU at the center of it.
In fact, we’re already exploring two possible dates for the 2026 event to ensure better planning and participation for all!
At the Bo’s Roast & Chili Cook-Off 2025, we gathered not only to raise funds—but to honor the real heroes among us. Those who continue to fight, those who fought with grace, and those whose memory continues to inspire us every day. To the Warriors Still Fighting: Your strength, your courage, and your resilience are the heartbeat of why we gather. We see you. We support you. We walk beside you. To the Warriors We’ve Lost: Your legacy lives on in every hug shared, every dollar raised, and every life touched. We carry your spirit forward in our mission. 💛 Your names were spoken, your lives celebrated, your battles never forgotten. Bo’s Roast is—and always will be—for you.
We support local 501(c)3 non profits that advocate for and support cancer patients and their families in the lowcountry.
